We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information or health data to outside parties. Your activity data, biometric metrics, and personal information remain strictly within the ecosystem required to provide the application's core functionality.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All sensitive data transmitted between the application and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (TLS/SSL). Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest.
